Tent City 4 Cookbook Idea + Needs List
We have talked on and off over the last 5 years about doing a Tent City4 cookbook. We have so many wonderful cooks that bring meals to Tent City4, I am sure we could do a doozy of a cookbook. I worked for a long time in publishing, long enough to know we would be better off using a publisher that specializes in cookbooks, and I know one. Before I get ahead of myself, I need to know how many individuals, groups, churches would be willing to donate recipes. We could use large quantity recipes, family and cooking for one or two recipes. I don’t need the recipes yet. I just need to know who I can depend on to donate them and how many we can expect to sell. I am hoping for 200 recipes and at least 20 groups or churches that are willing to sell 10 books. The books would sell for $10. Funds would be used to cover some of the costs of tents, tarps, and plywood. Well cooks what do you think? Contact Sandra Hunt at sandrah.hunt@gmail.com for more information.
