If we each buy one item we can together supply all of these things. Buy in volume if you can such as at Costco. The camp literally runs on coffee when the weather is cold. They use about 25 lb of sugar a week. About 60% of the residents work and get to work on the buses. They need to be able to take lunch items with them. They use Ziploc bags to pack up leftovers from the evening meal and Top Ramen when nothing else is available. When it is cold they go through even more of the items that can be heated up. When it is cold you need more calories to stay warm if you are outside.
A great idea for youth groups and Sunday school classes is to make rice bags. Take cheep tube sox and fill them with dry rice. Tie a knot at the top. These can be heated in a microwave and used to heat a bed all night.

I will be at Target today and will pick up two large cans of coffee, some spoons/forks/knives, paper cups, trash bags, and creamer/sugar. Probably only enough to last one day, though.
