Tent city 4 is completely out of: Toilet paper; paper cups, bowls, & plates. Plastic spoons, soft drinks, creamer, coffee and sugar , hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, Paper towels, napkins, and AAA batteries are in short supply. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!
